The $BIG,000 Startup AI Challenge for Cleaning Business Owners

1. Information We Collect

When you register for The $BIG,000 Startup AI Challenge, we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, your selected cleaning business focus, and your selected ticket tier (Free Launch Pass or $37 VIB). If you complete the VIB upgrade, we also collect payment information processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

To register you for and deliver access to the Event.
To send event reminders, Zoom links, replays, and Challenge updates via email and SMS.
To send recurring marketing communications about related offerings, with your consent.
To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.

3. SMS & Phone Communications

With your consent at registration, we send recurring automated SMS messages and phone communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information with service providers who help us operate the Event (e.g., email, SMS, payment, and webinar platforms) under contracts that require them to protect your data. We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain registration information for as long as needed to provide the Event and related communications, and as needed to comply with legal obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing clean@messtofreshh.online. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP to SMS messages.
