Free Launch Pass
The Free Launch Pass is free of charge. Because there is no payment, no refund applies.
$37 VIB Upgrade
The $37 Very Important Boss (VIB) upgrade is eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the Day 2 VIB-only live session has not yet occurred and the bonus resources (replays, prompts, playbooks, and the Annual $1.2 Million Dollar Plan for Cleaners) have not been substantially accessed or downloaded.
To request a refund, email clean@messtofreshh.online with your registration email and the word "Refund." Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued after the Day 2 VIB session has been delivered or once bonus digital resources have been materially consumed. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith.
