The $BIG,000 Startup AI Challenge for Cleaning Business Owners

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending The $BIG,000 Startup AI Challenge for Cleaning Business Owners ("the Challenge," "the Event"), hosted by Mess To Freshh LLC ("we," "us," "our," "Coach V"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register for or attend the Event.

2. Event Description

The Challenge is a free, live virtual training held October 5–6, 2026 at 7:00 PM EST over Zoom. It is a training designed to help aspiring and new cleaning business owners prepare, systemize, and launch a ready-to-serve cleaning business. A paid $37 "Very Important Boss" (VIB) upgrade unlocks additional sessions, replays, and resources as described on the registration page.

3. Registration & Access

A valid name, email address, and mobile phone number are required to register. Access links and reminders are delivered to the email and/or phone number you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of your contact information and for keeping your access details confidential.

4. Communications & SMS Consent

By registering, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing communications, event reminders, and Challenge updates via SMS, phone calls, and email from our team. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to cancel SMS messages. For help, reply HELP. You may also unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each message.

5. VIB Upgrade & Payment

The $37 VIB upgrade is optional. If you select it, payment is processed at the time of registration. VIB access includes the Day 2 live session, Backstage Q&A, lifetime replays, and bonuses as described on the registration page. All sales are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. No Guarantees

The Challenge is an educational training. We do not guarantee any specific business, income, or client results. Your results depend on your effort, market, and many other factors outside our control. See our Earnings Disclaimer for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, replays, prompts, scripts, and resources provided during the Event are the property of Mess To Freshh LLC and are licensed to you for your personal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to these materials.
